Instead of forcing seawater through a membrane, we use hydro-vortex cavitation inside a solid Grade 5 titanium reactor to separate freshwater from salt.

Inside the reactor, seawater enters a controlled vortex where microscopic vapor bubbles form and collapse thousands of times per second. This natural phenomenon generates:

HydroSonic is engineered under the leadership of Art Galarza, President & COO of Orca Marine Systems, whose career spans aerospace, advanced materials, satellite development, and high-volume industrialization.

Galarza was personally recruited by Elon Musk to lead Industrialization at Tesla’s Gigafactory 1, where he scaled production from fewer than 5 car sets per day to more than 1,000 per day. He later advanced into Tesla’s proprietary battery division, contributing to next-generation energy systems.

He went on to support satellite engineering at Starlink, followed by advanced titanium and structural applications at SpaceX, building upon foundational work with NASA and the United States Air Force.
